Loop es una app social para compartir tu día a día con grupos de amigos mediante emojis y minijuegos. Tratamos solo los datos necesarios para que funcione y nunca los vendemos.

Datos que recogemos

• Cuenta: email (o tu identificador de Apple/Google al iniciar sesión), nombre de usuario y, opcionalmente, foto de perfil.
• Contenido: los emojis que envías a tus grupos y tu pertenencia a esos grupos.
• Juegos: tus puntuaciones en el reto del día de cada grupo.
• Notificaciones: el token de tu dispositivo para poder enviarte avisos de actividad.

Para qué usamos los datos

Para hacer funcionar la app: mostrar tus grupos, mensajes, rankings y el resumen semanal, y enviarte notificaciones de tus grupos. No usamos tus datos para publicidad ni los vendemos a terceros.

Dónde se guardan

Los datos se almacenan en Supabase (base de datos, autenticación y almacenamiento). Las notificaciones se entregan a través de Apple (APNs) y Google (FCM).

Borrar tu cuenta

Puedes eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento desde Ajustes → Borrar cuenta. Se borran de forma permanente tu cuenta y todos tus datos asociados (mensajes, pertenencias, puntuaciones, token de dispositivo y perfil).

Menores

Loop no está dirigida a menores de 13 años.

Cambios

Si esta política cambia, se actualizará esta página.

Loop is a social app to share your day with groups of friends through emojis and mini-games. We only process the data needed to make it work and never sell it.

Data we collect

• Account: email (or your Apple/Google identifier when signing in), username and, optionally, a profile photo.
• Content: the emojis you send to your groups and your group memberships.
• Games: your scores in each group's daily challenge.
• Notifications: your device token so we can send you activity alerts.

How we use the data

To run the app: show your groups, messages, rankings and weekly recap, and send you notifications about your groups. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

Where it is stored

Data is stored in Supabase (database, authentication and storage). Notifications are delivered through Apple (APNs) and Google (FCM).

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Your account and all associated data (messages, memberships, scores, device token and profile) are permanently removed.

Children

Loop is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, this page will be updated.
